Kyon Energy Solutions GmbH (Munich) Kyon Energy is a Munich-based BESS developer that has already developed more than 130 MW of energy storage solutions. A further 700 MW is under construction and more than 1.7 GW is ready to be built. The total project pipeline amounts to 7 GW. Kyon Energy fulfils all the necessary services in the development process, from site development and grid connection planning to building permit development, technology selection, project construction, commissioning and the operation of battery storage systems. 3. ABO Energy GmbH & Co. KGaA (Wiesbaden) Abo Energy is a developer of wind, solar, hydrogen and battery storage projects. The company develops independent battery storage systems, as well as hybrid energy systems. To date, Abo Energy has developed 100 MW of battery energy storage system (BESS) solutions and has a further 4 GW under development. ABO Energy handles all stages of the project planning and construction process for battery storage systems.
